Through Centro Properties, she specialized in leasing, property management, and sales, building a strong reputation in center city real estate and mixed-use developments. Over two decades ago, Debra joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty as a Broker Associate, where she represents properties ranging from modern high-rise condominiums to historic homes and urban residences surrounded by premier dining, shopping, and the arts.

Known for her strategic negotiation skills and in-depth understanding of the San Antonio real estate market, Debra guides buyers and sellers through complex transactions with confidence and ease. Her clientele includes professionals, families, investors, and those seeking both urban lifestyles and traditional residential options.

Deeply committed to San Antonio’s cultural and civic life, Debra actively supports organizations that enhance the city’s quality of life. She serves on the board of the SOLI Chamber Ensemble, promoting modern classical music in San Antonio, and is a longtime trustee of The Awesome Foundation. She also sponsors PechaKucha San Antonio, which celebrates the city’s creative community. Debra previously served for more than a decade on the board of the Centro Alliance, where she led the organization’s popular annual Urban Spaces Tour.

Debra and her husband, Tonio, raised two sons whose careers reflect a strong blend of business and the arts. Niccolo studied at The Juilliard School and earned a Doctorate of Musical Arts from Cornell University; he now teaches composition and music theory at The Juilliard School in Tianjin, China. Benjamin earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University, and works as a private wealth manager in Houston, Texas.
